Our services

Antenatal / Pregnancy Care

Individualized, customized consultations, guidance, and support will be extended to you during your entire pregnancy experience. This encompasses coordinating introductions with diverse experts and practitioners in the industry, including alternative medicine specialists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and doulas.

Initially, a preliminary introductory visit can be arranged to facilitate mutual acquaintance and assess compatibility with your requirements. If the introductory visit proceeds smoothly, an initial consultation will be scheduled to collect comprehensive details concerning gynaecological and medical history, as well as to perform a pregnancy checkup. Subsequent follow-up appointments will be organized to ensure the well-being of both the mother and the baby throughout the entire duration of the pregnancy. During these follow-up visits, we will be monitoring vital signs, conducting urine tests, and performing abdominal examinations. Fetal condition will be evaluated using the doppler, and growth will be tracked by measuring the fundal height. Additionally, we will assess for any potential complications and provide necessary advice when needed.

ANTENATAL CONSULTATION SCHEDULE:

8-28 weeks: Once a month.

28-36 weeks: Once every 2 weeks.

From 36 weeks: once a week until delivery.

Postnatal Care

Care is provided for the new family both at home and within our facility. Regular assessments are conducted to monitor the welfare of the mother and baby, and support is offered for breastfeeding and the adjustment to parenthood. We also facilitate connections with a well-established network of other professional experts.

Postnatal assessments for both mother and baby will be conducted on days 1, 3, 7, and 10 following the birth (more if needed). For the mother, vital signs, breast condition, bleeding, fundal height, and stitches (if suturing was performed in the event of tearing) will be assessed. The baby will be evaluated for jaundice, vital signs, signs of eye infection, weight, breastfeeding support, etc.
